Independent test and fault finding on faulty existing 4 core single mode 43km OPGW. Supply, installation and commissioning of total island wide  replacement OPGW through very difficult mountainous tropical rain forest. We also supplied, installed and commissioned a total system upgrade of transmission equipment and multiplexers  with a dual redundant fibre optic ring, without loss of service, together with system reconfiguration.
